Armando built and sold 2 more Washougal houses. One sold before it was even done, the other sold almost right after it was done. They were both small, cute ranch style houses. The kids went with Armando to work there a lot, and they came with me a few times to clean and play. They were quick and easy houses and the profit will go towards building our house.
