The kids had a ton of fun this Halloween. And a ton of candy! We went trick or treating in our neighborhood with a bunch of the kids' cousins. I dressed up as a witch, Esperanza was an Angel and Ezra was Ezra.

Isis' Next Big Adventure

The kids, Mary, Venture, Isis and I drove down to Eugene on October 29th for the day. It was time for us to say goodbye to Isis. She has needs we can't give to her and Geneva is going to help find a better home for her. She will be missed so much!

While we were in Eugene, we had some fun adventures. The park we visited was amazing!

Wet Dog Walk

We're re-homing Isis soon. I'm so torn up and sad about having to make this decision, yet it is beyond necessary. She's too much for us, and we are just not enough for her. She will find a home and humans to provide her with the lifestyle and nurturing that she will deserves and will forever thrive in. We will miss her so severely.

In the mean time, I will love on her. On this such day, she and I took a walk during an extremely intense rain storm. Neither of us minded. If anything, it was a very peaceful walk. No human interaction, very few cars, cool weather and lots of energy to burn.
