Naomi and Chance ended up staying with us at our house for several weeks over the summer. Once Chance became got a little older and wanted to be put down more and got closer and closer to becoming mobile, our moms house wasn't working for them. It is not child friendly. My house is more child friendly than it is adult friendly, so we welcomed them in. It was a delight, most of the time, to have them with us. There were of course little challenges here and there, but I am grateful that we got to spend as much time as we did with them while they were with us. We had a lot of fun with them and made some wonderful memories.
Around the middle of September, they went back to Vegas to reunite with their family there. They will be missed, but we look forward to seeing them again.
