An Overdue Visit With Family

My sister Mary spent Thursday and Friday night at my house - it was nice to have some time to visit with her. She watched Esperanza most of the day while I was at work Friday. We made all kinds of plans for our Saturday together including scoping out a Waldorf style Charter School for Geneva's kids and we made a lists of toy stores we wanted to go to. As always though, the minute I try to make plans, Esperanza reminds me that she's the boss. We had a late night so going anywhere Saturday morning just wasn't happening. We were however able to get ourselves together and out the door just before noon. We went out to Portland and spent a couple of hours visiting with Cyndi, Tony and Baby Roman. At almost 3 months, Roman is such a big boy. He'll be bigger than Esperanza in no time. Mary took over picture duty while we were there and even captured a video clip of the babes together.
