Fun With Hannah

Our niece Hanna was born with various physical and mental disabilities. She has endured dozens of painful surgeries and hospital stays and was never expected to thrive or live to the point she is at today. We celebrated her 24th birthday recently!!! She graduated high school several years ago and continues to live a healthy and active life. Not one of her disabilities interferes with her ability and desire to have fun and play with a positive outlook on life.
One of the MANY benefits of homeschooling for us is that cousins can stay the night on a weeknight! Hanna stayed 2 nights with us recently. We had fun incorporating her into some of our learning and playing throughout our days and evenings.

Often, our own backyard offers some of the most diverse and interesting learning experiences. From balance beams to wild mushroom pretend soups, this was a day full of adventures.

 Soups on!

 who's soup weighs the most?

Legos never go out of style!
